RETURNS:
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?
We are happy to return or exchange in-stock pillows within 7 days of your order being delivered for a full refund.
Any returns postmarked after 7 days of being received will not be accepted.
Shipping Fees
- Customers are responsible for return postage.
Please note that we are not liable for any loss or damage of the item on its return. Due to this, we suggest you obtain a proof of shipping when returning items, sending it via a tracked and signed for service.
Pre-ordered and custom-made pillows are cut for your specific order and are not considered in-stock.
Any pillow that is being offered in a pre-order will be indicated on the product page.
Pillows must be returned in their original packaging via UPS or Fedex. We will not except USPS returns. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of the return being received and inspected.
- Larger orders (5 or more pillows) are eligible for store credit only.
COLOR DISCLAIMER
Every computer monitor has a different capability to display colors, so actual colors may vary. We try to edit our photos to be as accurate as possible, but we cannot guarantee that the color you see accurately portrays the true color of the product.
Please note that all our products are handmade using vintage handprinted textiles, and as such there may be slight variations between products.
We will only accept the return of item/s if sent back in original unused condition with proof of purchase; we reserve the right to reject items returned in an unsaleable quality, this includes any items that smell of smoke and items returned in unsuitable packaging.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
